Heartfelt Collective is a new Nordic community for senior in-house leaders in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Not another large conference—but a small, trusted space where we can talk openly about what is working, what isn’t, and the questions we are still trying to answer.

The ambition is to meet two to four times a year. And because we are just getting started, you will help shape what it becomes.

AI is changing Talent Acquisition at extraordinary speed. But some of the most important questions facing TA leaders today are fundamentally human: What should we automate—and what should remain human? How do we use AI without losing judgment, diversity and connection?

The speakers are there to start conversations, not finish them. Every session is followed by roundtables and other interactive formats, and the day runs under the Chatham House Rule. There is a sit-down lunch and plenty of room for the conversations that happen naturally.

Who is it for? Intentionally not for everyone.

Heartfelt Collective is for senior in-house leaders who:

  • own or have significant responsibility for their organization’s TA or Employer Branding strategy
  • have responsibility for, or influence over, TA/EB budgets
  • lead teams of TA and/or EB specialists
  • want to exchange ideas openly with peers facing similar strategic challenges

To protect the quality of the conversations, participation is limited, and the community is not intended for recruitment agencies, headhunters, RPO providers or technology vendors.
